Replace The Air Filter on a Dodge Grand Caravan

Replacing the engine air filter is one of the most common routine maintenance tasks. Luckily, it's very easy to do on the Dodge Grand Caravan.

Note: This article applies specifically to the Pentastar 3.6L V6 used in the 2011+ model years, but the procedure may be similar to other engine configurations. (Thanks iturgeon!)

Locate the clips on the front and sides of the air filter box.

Undo the front clip.

Undo one of the side clips.

Undo the other side clip.

Lift up the top of the box, making sure to unhook it from the lip at the back of the box.

Replace filter.

Follow the steps in reverse to reattach the top of the filter box. Make sure the clips look like the picture below when you are finished.

Looks like the article specifically shows the Pentastar 3.6L V6 used in the 2011+ model years.
