Step by Step Instructions

Uninstall the grille by removing the 2 bolts and clips with a screwdriver and flat-head, respectively. Lift up and pull back the grille to detach it from the truck. You'll need this space to be able to mount the LED light bar.

Pop off the clips on the mounting location using a flat-head on both sides of the metal beam, as shown.

Mount the L-shape LED light bar mounting brackets with the longer arm pointing up and the shorter end mounted. The former has four holes that allow you to mount your LED light bar as high or as low as you want. We recommend using the highest hole for a uniform look when you reinstall your grille.

Use a double nut and bolt combo to mount the 30" 180W LED light bar in between the support brackets. More hand space is available if you pull back the plastic flap behind the mounting brackets.

Tap the wires into an existing harness with a relay and switch wiring kit.

Test your LED light bar with switch. Reinstall your grille once all lights are functioning and enjoy the new 30" 180W High Power Double-Row LED light bar on your Toyota Tacoma!
