Setup Google Send To Car on a Nissan Leaf

This article is visible to only you.

Nissan Leafs with the navigation system (SV trim and up) have the ability to receive destinations from Google Maps with a single click, but a few quick steps are required to get the two systems talking.

After having to dig through some outdated information to set up Google Send To Car on my LEAF, I decided to piece together the steps to save you some time.

Setting up this feature is something I recommend doing as soon as possible, since you never know when you might need it the most.

Click "Add another car or GPS device"

Select "Nissan" and enter your Carwings username. This is the username you use to log in to the Carwings interface and app, and is listed under "CARWINGS Pin" on the Nissan website. This is not the Carwings password or car nickname.

4

Press "OK". You're all step up!
