Install The Led Daytime Running Lights Fog Lamps on a MINI Cooper

MINI Coopers are known to be fun cars with tons of opportunity to install upgrades and accessories. This set of MINI Cooper LED DRL/Fog Lamps converts your stock fog lights to LED daytime lamps but still keeps the fog light function.

Step by Step Instructions

Remove the plastic panel in the front bumper so you can gain access to the existing fog light.

Remove the round plastic bracket holding the fog lamp in place. Then you will remove the stock fog lamp and replace it with the new LED daytime running lights. Connect the DRL to the module box, the black wire to the ground, and the red wire to front battery terminal. Before you start putting everything back, you will need to test to see if the assembly lights up.

Put the round plastic bracket back and screw it in place.

Test to verify that everything works! You can see that the fog lights have now been converted to LED DRL but can still keep the fog light function.
