Replace The Battery on a 2019 Toyota Camry

The battery in our 2019 Toyota Camry is easily replaced with a few basic tools. The original Battery is rated with a 20 hour rate of 60Ah and 563 CCA Which is listed as LN2 Case Size in the owners manual,

Required Tools
  • 10mm socket
  • 12mm socket
  • socket wrench
  • socket wrench extensions
Required Parts
  • Battery: 20hr rate of 60Ah and 563 CCA, LN2 Case Size
Step by Step Instructions

Locate the Battery

Flip up the red protective cover over the positive terminal

Disconnect the negative terminal by loosening the 10mm nut.

4

Remove the 12mm bolt at the base of the front of the battery to remove the battery hold down bracket.

5

Remove the battery from the car.
