Install The Led Tail Light Assembly on a 2008 GMC Yukon
This installation guide will show you how to install a pair of LED tail lights for the 2008 GMC Yukon. You will find that installation will be quick and straightforward. After installation, your GMC SUV will be much more visible from its back end. Let's get started.
- Screwdriver
Remove the OEM tail lights. Use the screwdriver to safely separate the tail light from the chassis. Disconnect the stock harnesses from the tail lamp.
If you have a resistor box to prevent hyperflashing, attach it to the body of the LED tail light assembly and connect the wires.
Connect the wires to the LED tail light. Once you connect the stock harness to the resistor box wires, test the tail lamp assembly to make sure it functions as intended. Once you've confirmed that it does, screw in the LED tail lights to finish up.
Your GMC Yukon is now equipped with an LED turn signal tail light set!
